5 Best Bot Lane Duos in League of Legends Patch 8.20

League of Legends Patch 8.20 saw only a few changes to champions in the bot lane, but it nonetheless left some players wondering what the best bot lane duos to climb with are before the season ends.

Here are the five best bot lane duos in League of Legends Patch 8.20

5. Lucian and Braum

Lucian and Braum have always been one of the best bot lane duos simply because of how well the two champions work together. Lucian's abilities double his auto-attacks, allowing Braum to stack marks onto his enemies, resulting in a much quicker stun.

Lucian remained one of the strongest AD Carries in more recent patches, while Braum is also an incredibly strong support, so this duo continues to find itself on the list of best bot lane duos throughout patches.

4. Ezreal and Morgana

Morgana serves as a good laning partner with Ezreal as it was. With his new update, the duo works even better.

Ezreal's W now sticks an orb to enemy champions. If Ezreal hits them with a second attack, the W explodes to deal extra damage. Morgana's stun allows Ezreal players to have an easier time following up with the second attack. Morgana's spell shield also provides Ezreal extra defense while using his Arcane Shift aggressively to engage onto the enemy opponents.

3. Jinx and Leona

Jinx works well with a number of crowd control supports, inlcuding Pyke and Blitzcrank. Leona also serves as a strong lane buddy for Jinx, as Leona is equipped with an arsenal of crowd control options that Jinx can take advantage of.

With the addition of Jinx's Flame Chompers, this bot lane duo dishes up tons of CC, allowing Jinx to easily take control of the lane and snowball into late game.

2. Caitlyn and Pyke

Pyke is stronger after receiving a buff to his ultimate in Patch 8.19. He works well with a number of champions, including Caitlyn who can take advantage of his kit.

Caitlyn's range allows her to stay further back from the action, while Pyke can easily weave in and out of team fights with his mobility and ultimate ability. If players can time Pyke's hook with Caitlyn's trap, this combo serves as a deadly tool for the bot lane duo.

1. Kai'Sa and Alistar

Like Pyke, Kai'Sa is another dominant pick due to her mobility and versatility in game. The champion's weaknesses lie in her early game, yet she can overcome these problems with a strong tank that can disengage any early level aggression.

Alistar does the job nicely, and also serves as a champion that can peel for Kai'Sa late game or can take the offensive route by engaging with his W+Q and Flash combo.
