Cyberpunk 2077's Meredith Stout is on the list of available romances for V.
Meredith Stout is one of the romanceable NPCs CD Projekt Red implemented in Cyberpunk 2077. As Militech's Senior Operations Manager, she is described as something of an egomaniac in the corporate world—remorselessly climbing to the top of the food chain. Night City's executives make up a chunk of the "upper class," so one could say that she's used to getting her way.
As it turns out, V is no exception.

Meredith can be romanced by both male and female V's, so the player's choice of gender is irrelevant here. It's their choices that really matter. It should be noted, however, that she isn't a primary partner, meaning V's interaction with Meredith will only result in a brief encounter.
V has the opportunity to meet Meredith first in Act 1 during "The Pickup." It is possible to miss her completely, so players interested in romancing her should stay vigilant while completing the quest.
The first step takes place during the aforementioned mission. V should choose to go meet up with her before heading into the All Foods Warehouse. The player can give her a call and then catch up with her in person at the meeting place.
From there, they have two options: take her infected credchip and purchase the Flathead with it or refuse it and shoot Royce during their conversation. As it turns out, Meredith is a woman of action, so V's resourcefulness and aggressive actions interest her quite a bit—well, at least for a little while. If the player chose correctly, upon escaping the hideout, they'll get one more conversation with Meredith before the quest completes.
Later, they'll get a call from her. Turns out she just can't put V out of her head. She suggests they meet her at a motel and players will get the notification for "Venus in Furs" mission. Unfortunately, this one-night stand is enough for Meredith, so she ends up texting V afterward and leaving it at that.
