Former Vodafone Giants Player K0u Dies

Former League of Legends pro player Lâm "k0u" Tịnh Trì has died. An immediate cause of death has not been made public. He was 22 years old.

K0u, who went by the name Kenneth Dawnix, had written openly about his struggle with depression and suicidal thoughts. The Vietnamese and Norwegian jungler attempted to take his own life in mid November, posting a public missive on his Blogspot account explaining his decision.

K0u League of Legends Career

K0u began his League of Legends career in 2013, when he joined Benched Gaming as a jungler. Within a year he had joined Cloud9's European branch before cycling through a variety of Tier 2 teams. In 2016, k0u joined Giants Gaming and got his first shot in the League of Legends European Championship, then known as the European League of Legends Championship Series.

K0u continued to play League of Legends after departing Giants Gaming. He most recently played for Fact Revolution, which he left in June 2019.
