Final Fantasy 7 Remake Pride and Joy is a super boss that, when defeated, will unlock the Ultimate Weapon trophy. Pride and Joy can be found in the Shinra Combat Simulator in Chapter 17 but is unlocked after the completion of all Corneo Colosseum challenges in Chapters 9 and 14 and the 13 Shinra Combat Simulator challenges in Chapter 17.
The super boss is only playable on Hard Difficulty and will follow the cutscene with Chadley, where he will tell you about a series of new hard-challenges available to you. Here is how to defeat Pride and Joy in Final Fantasy 7 Remake.

Final Fantasy 7 Remake Pride and Joy
To defeat Pride and Joy, players must defeat four summon bosses before it. You should have all your Materias maxed before entering battle with Pride and Joy, and make sure you have a team of Cloud, Tifa/Barret, and Aerith. Two characters need Elemental-Ice on their armor, and Cloud and Tifa/Barret should have a Headband equipped.
Attack the Pride and Joy Prototype from behind. When it raises its arms, run away and move to the side to avoid its Beam Cannon. Don't try to fight the boss when flames come out, and be prepared to use Revive. The rounds that come before Pride and Joy are more difficult than the fight itself, so be ready to flood the boss with a series of quick up-close attacks. Once you have defeated Pride and Joy, you will be rewarded with the Ultimate Weapon gold trophy.
