How to Dive in Red Dead Redemption 2
Diving in Red Dead Redemption is fairly simple, and is especially effective in Red Dead Online. All it takes is, while holding the left trigger to aim, pressing the Square button on PlayStation 4 or the X button on the Xbox One. Doing so will cause your character to dive in whatever direction you hold the analog stick.
The dive can be useful both as a way to avoid enemy bullets, tripping up their aiming with sudden movement, or as a way to get swiftly into cover. Remember it next time you enter a firefight.
