As with most items in Borderlands 3, the Loaded Dice can be obtained from any loot source but has a high chance of dropping from the Agonizer which is located in the Guts of Carnivora on Pandora. As with many items in Borderlands 3, it's all about the grind. Players will need to spend time looking for specific item
But what does "luck" give you? When you equip the Loaded Dice, it results in more Legendary items and Anointed Gear. It's a great item for grinding for more loot and even better legendary items, so if you are starting off, looking for the Loaded Dice is a fantastic place to start.
