Quick Tickets are items that allow you to unlock cups that haven't been unlocked yet. Usually to progress, you need to get enough stars on a cup which in turn unlocks the next cup. If you are having difficulty getting enough stars, you can simply use a Quick Ticket to bypass the stars required and move onto the next cup.
In order to use the Quick Ticket, simply select a locked cup and an option t use a Quick Ticket should appear on the screen. Choose the option, and you should be able to play the newly unlocked cup!
In order to earn Quick Tickets, simply play the game and you might receive them as rewards from races.
