How to Link Amazon Prime to Madden 21
Before you link your Amazon Prime and EA accounts, you'll have to link your Twitch and Amazon accounts if you haven't already. Go to the Prime Gaming Loot page and log into Amazon. Find Link Twitch Account on the top left and log in.
From here, you can now link your EA account. Back on the Prime Gaming page, click on the Madden 21 offer. A popup will confirm your Amazon information. Once you've cleared that you can log into your EA account.
The account should be the one you use to play Madden 21. Once linked, you can collect all of the freebies for the game. According to Amazon, the Madden 21 promotion "includes 11 Prime Gaming Packs over a 10-month period."
The rewards will only be available on the platform you first log into with the linked EA account. This means that the rewards aren't cross-platform. Content claimed will always be accessible, even if you cancel Prime Gaming or if your free trial runs outs.
