Bells have always been a crucial part of the Animal Crossing franchise, as it is the main currency for the game. But Animal Crossing: New Horizons brings about a whole new form of currency called Nook Miles, and the Bell Voucher plays a role in it.

Animal Crossing New Horizons Bell Voucher
After upgrading Resident Services, you can find the Bell Voucher in the Nook Stop kiosk inside the new building.
After entering the building, activate the terminal, select Redeem Nook Miles, and then buy a bell voucher at the top of the items list.
You can purchase the voucher for 500 miles, and the goal is to eventually sell the voucher. Bell Vouchers sell at Nook’s Cranny for 3,000 Bells. So essentially, the voucher allows you to transfer miles to bells.
