Inter Miami | What’s the first thing Lionel Messi does in SoFlo? He hits up Publix.

You know your uber-duper famous when your grocery store run makes international headlines.

That’s what happened Thursday when soccer rocker Lionel Messi dashed into a Publix store in Miami to buy Lucky Charms, Fruit Loops, Cinnamon Toast Crunch and some other stuff.

He was reportedly with his wife Antonela Roccuzzo and their three sons Thiago (10), Mateo (7) and Ciro (5), which kinda-sorta explains the cereal.

Just a couple of days before his highly anticipated debut as the undisputed superstar with Inter-Miami CF, the Argentinian stunned shoppers by casually walking in sans entourage and wearing white shorts, a black short-sleeved shirt and sandals (Dude! Protect the feet!).

Other than a few selfies and stunned looks, the Messi clan was unbothered according to the Twitterverse.

By the way, Publix is a corporate partner with the Inter-Miami organization. They even have an Inter-Miami Club Sub sandwich.

Look at Messi’s sons in the back 😂

Messi shopping at a Publix supermarket in Miami is just an image we didn't expect.

🙌 It's beautiful to see that he can go out with his family, even do the grocery shopping for the house, and people leave him alone without going crazy.
