Just Cause 4's Neon Racer Pack was one of two bonuses available for customers who pre-ordered the game. It contains the Neon Racer Supercar, the Neon Racer Wingsuit and the Neon Racer Parachute. The Supercar is the only of the items in the pack to make a difference in gameplay, as it is one of the fastest vehicles in the game.

Those who pre-ordered physical copies of Just Cause 4 received the Neon Racer Pack, while digital pre-orders came with the Deathstalker Scorpion Pack. Since then, availability of the Neon Racer Pack has expanded. Players who didn't pre-order can still buy the content as downloadable content on the Steam store for $2.99.

The Neon Racer Pack is one of several pieces of downloadable content now available to purchase. Those include the Golden Gear Pack, the Digital Deluxe Content, the Expansion Pass, the Renegade Pack and the Deathstalker Scorpion Pack.
