From 1975 to 1994, Larry Anderson played for the San Diego Padres, Boston Red Sox, Houston Astros, Seattle Mariners,  Philadelphia Phillies, and Cleveland Indians. Anderson in 1998 joined the Phillies and in 1997 was given a position on the broadcast team for the Houston Astros.
