LEC standings have been primarily dominated by G2 Esports all spring split long, but the rest of the table hasn't been completely written off.

Here's how the standings look in the League of Legends European Championship as of half of Week 9 played:
- 1st: G2 Esports (13-4)
- 2nd: Origen (11-6)
- 2nd: Splyce (11-6)
- 4th: Fnatic (10-7)
- 4th: Team Vitality (10-7)
- 6th: FC Schalke 04 (8-9)
- 6th: SK Gaming (8-9)
- 8th: Misfits Gaming (7-10)
- 9th: Excel Esports (5-12)
- 10th: Rogue (2-15)
The main talking points of the inaugural split of the LEC season have been G2 Esports' return to dominance after adding Rasmus "Caps" Winther, Fnatic's turnaround split after a rough start to the season, new franchised teams such as Excel and Rogue struggling and more.
As of writing G2 Esports, Origen, Splyce, Fnatic and Team Vitality are qualified for the playoffs. FC Schalke 04 and SK Gaming are vying for the final spot while Misfits, Excel and Rogue are eliminated from contention.
