Flora Paulita is the voice behind Neeko. She is a Brazilian voice actor who is known for her dubbed work. She was the dubbed voice of Elicia Hughes in Full Metal Alchemist and was also featured in various other anime series.
She is also the voice of Neeko in the Brazlian version of League of Legends. She is 25-years-old and was born in Sao Paolo, Brazil.
Neeko is the newest League of Legends champion to debut in the game. She was officially a part of the champion roster in Patch 8.24.
