Bonefish Grill first opened in St. Petersburg in 2000 with the goal of popularizing fish for the masses. Bonefish strikes the right balance by combining an energetic, bistro setting with fresh cuts of fish served a variety of ways. Grilled filets of salmon, snapper, Chilean sea bass, tuna and trout, among others, can be matched with four sauces. The restaurant also serves steaks for those who prefer to swim upstream.
