To peel a grape, use your fingernails and peel from the stem end. If the peels are stubborn, dip a few grapes at a time in boiling water for about 30 seconds, plunge them immediately into cold water and peel.
To scoop out the seeds, try digging the rounded end of a clean new bobby pin into the stem end. Or, you can make a small cut down the length of the grape, but not quite through, and ease out the seeds with the tip of the knife.
