The Penny Arcade Uzi is part of the Coin Operations weapon pack. You can grab it for 600 COD points when it's in the shop. It comes with the Penny Arcade Uzi, Token Gesture .357, Cuff Links charm and Lightgun Trainer calling card.
The theme for the pack is arcade shooters. The Uzi is a dull orange color, reminiscent of those bright colored light guns found in arcades if you're old enough to remember those.

Penny Arcade Warzone Blueprint: How to Get
You can build your own Penny Arcade Uzi with the right attachments, but you miss out on the cosmetic that's arguably the most charming part of the build. Use the following to make a Penny Arcade Uzi:

- .41 AE 32-Round Mags
- Stippled Grip Tape
Accuracy and control get a hit, but that's nothing compared to the loss of damage. You get a huge increase to fire rate and mobility to compensate, along with a negligible bump to range. The name of the game is spray and pray.
The Uzi is high performing SMG, but the mags here are suited best for Solos or Duos. Fire from the hip often and you'll melt through anyone who gets too close.
