PUNXSUTAWNEY, Pa. (WJAC) — The Punxsutawney Groundhog Festival is taking place in Barclay Square in Jefferson County.
The Wrangler Band and the Jess Zimmerman Band will be performing at the festival.
The fireworks show is set to begin at 9:45 p.m. Thursday.
