Apex Legends April Fool's 2020 joke is a golden Mozambique added as a drop in the game.
The Mozambique, a shotgun pistol, was infamously one of the worst weapons in the game when it launched in 2019. Since then, the gun's received buffs and has been much more usable in the current meta.
Respawn Entertainment added a golden Mozambique with special attachments as an April Fool's Joke. Apex Legends player thekine posted a clip of the super Mozambique. Check out the clip below.

Apex Legends April Fool's 2020: Respawn Entertainment Adds Golden Mozambique
The weapon comes equipped with legendary attachments. Thekine even showcased a clip where he had two of the weapon and destroyed players in a lobby.

Respawn Entertainment didn't make an announcement about the gun being added, but rather left it in the game for fans to be surprised. It's a fun little addition on the holiday where companies have added funny tidbits to their games. For example, Blizzard gave Overwatch heroes googly eyes. Respawn decided to make the worst weapon in the game extremely overpowered.
It's unknown how long the gun will be in the game, but look out for it if players plan on diving into Apex Legends on April Fool's Day.
