His brother Justin Ratliff and his wife Darlene, his sisters Sandra Harkleroad and Angela Tucker and their respective spouses Jerry and Dale, his nephews Sean Oliver, Shannon Wallace, Michael Wallace, Matthew Barlow, and Hayden Tucker, and his nieces Susan Parham, Courtney Barlow, and Abbie Tucker are among the surviving members of his family. He is also survived by a large number of great nieces and great nephews, friends, and members of his loving family.
