Star Jones is a prominent American lawyer, journalist, fashion designer, television personality, author, and women’s and diversity advocate currently working as the Executive Editor of Marquis Who’s Who “Maker’s Lists” since January 2021.

She is well known as one of the former co-hosts of the ABC morning talk show The View, on which Star served from 1997 to 2006. Before that, Jones also served at NBC News as a Legal Correspondent and Commentator.

Star Jones Career

She became among the initial cast of “The View,” co-hosting together with Meredith Vieira, Debbie Matenopoulos, Joy Behar as well as moderator Barbara Walters during the show’s first season in 1997. She served with the program through Season 9, leaving in 2006.
